This Privacy Policy explains how RECRM (“RECRM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit realecrm-register.com (the “Site”), request a product demo, or otherwise contact us. RECRM is a real-estate CRM and property-intelligence platform for brokerages. By using the Site or submitting the demo-request form, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus limited technical data needed to run the Site.
Information you provide
When you complete our “Book a demo” form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your company / brokerage name
- Your work email address
- Your phone number
- Your team size or role
- Your market/location (optional)
- Any message or details you add (optional)
Information collected automatically
- Standard server/log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page and timestamps).
- Cookies and similar technologies used for basic Site functionality and advertising measurement (see “Cookies & advertising” below).
2. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your demo request and schedule your demo;
- Contact you by email or phone about RECRM products and services you asked about;
- Answer questions and provide customer support;
- Improve the Site, our marketing, and our services;
- Measure the performance of our advertising campaigns; and
- Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. The details you submit are used by RECRM to contact you about our own products and services — nothing more.

- Form & email delivery — our form submissions are processed by Formspree to deliver your enquiry to us by email.
- Advertising & analytics — Google (Google Ads) helps us measure ad performance, as described below.
- Legal & safety — we may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us, not for their own marketing.
5. Cookies & advertising
The Site uses Google Ads conversion and remarketing tags to understand which ads lead to demo requests and to measure campaign performance. These technologies may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and to maintain our business relationship, and thereafter only as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) transmission and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
